Domestic U.S. Shipping

- FedEx Standard Ground 3-6 Business Days
- FedEx Express 2 Business Days
- FedEx Standard Overnight 1 Business Day
In order to avoid waste and excess production, all orders are made to order. Please allow 7-14 days for your order to ship unless needed sooner please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays, and will ship as soon as the items are complete.
We currently ship worldwide via DHL Express to most international destinations. International shipments typically arrive within 1 weeks once shipped.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund less shipping charges. Please contact email@example.com to request a return.
All items must be returned in the original condition they were received with the tags attached. Make sure to include the original invoice with your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
To make an exchange, place a new order on our website for the item(s) you would like to receive, and then return your original purchase following our Returns instructions listed in the above section. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping for international exchanges. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
