RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact ALICIA REINA via e-mail (info@aliciareina.com) within 14 days of receipt with your stated reasons. All returns and claims must be pre-authorized by ALICIA REINA via e-mail. All items must be returned in the original condition they were received with the tags. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the refund after we receive the returned item. ALICIA REINA is not responsible for any return shipping costs with the exception of items damaged during shipping or mistakes made on our behalf.   ALICIA REINA will only issue a refund for the cost of the item (not including shipping cost) or provide store credit.  

Shipping

All items are made to order so please allow 7 to 14 business days for items to be shipped. Packages are mailed either Fedex, UPS or USPS with tracking.
